wjt2 Terms and Conditions for Philippine Players

01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and wjt2 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By completing the registration process on wjt2, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

These Terms apply to all services offered on the wjt2 platform, including but not limited to sports betting, online slots, eBingo, live casino, and the VIP loyalty programme. Accessing any part of the platform — even before completing registration — constitutes acknowledgment of these Terms.

If any section of these Terms is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining sections continue to apply in full. wjt2 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective upon publication on this page.

02 Eligibility & Age Requirements

To register and use wjt2, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited at the time of placing bets or playing games.
• You must not be a person who has previously been excluded or banned from wjt2 or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person for the purpose of circumventing these eligibility requirements.

wjt2 reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents will result in account suspension and, where applicable, the withholding of funds pending investigation.

Any account found to have been opened or used by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed. Funds in such accounts may be withheld in accordance with applicable rules regarding underage gambling prevention.

03 Account Registration & KYC Verification

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on wjt2. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any pending balances or bonuses.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details. You must update this information promptly if it changes.

wjt2 applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before deposits and withdrawals are activated, you will be required to submit valid Philippine government-issued identification. Accepted documents typically include:

• Philippine passport
• SSS, GSIS, or PhilHealth ID
• Driver's licence issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO)
• National ID (PhilSys)
• Voter's ID or UMID

You are responsible for the security of your account login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. wjt2 is not liable for losses or unauthorised transactions resulting from your failure to keep your login details secure.

Two-factor or OTP verification may be required during login or at withdrawal. This is a security measure to protect your account.

04 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on wjt2 are made and held in Philippine Peso (PHP). No currency conversion is applied to your balance. The amount you deposit is the amount credited to your account.

Accepted deposit methods include Philippine e-wallets such as GCash and Maya, as well as online bank transfers and other local payment channels available on the platform. The available methods may vary depending on your account status and current platform settings.

• Deposits are processed subject to minimum deposit amounts as displayed on the Deposit page.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• wjt2 does not accept deposits made via credit card or cryptocurrency.
• In cases of suspected fraudulent deposit activity, wjt2 reserves the right to freeze the account pending investigation.

Processing times vary by payment method. Once a deposit is confirmed by the payment provider, the amount is credited to your wjt2 balance. If a deposit does not reflect within the expected timeframe, contact the wjt2 support team through your account.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed in PHP and sent only to accounts or e-wallets verified as belonging to the registered account holder. wjt2 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

Before a withdrawal request is processed, the following conditions must be met:

• KYC verification must be fully completed and approved.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements (if applicable) must be satisfied.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold.
• Your account must not be under review, suspended, or flagged for investigation.

Withdrawal processing times and daily or monthly withdrawal limits are displayed within your account dashboard. VIP tier members at higher levels may benefit from elevated limits and faster processing. wjt2 reserves the right to request additional verification for large withdrawals.

In cases where a withdrawal is flagged during security review, wjt2 may place a temporary hold on the payment. The support team will contact you directly if additional documentation is required.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and game rounds placed on wjt2 are subject to specific game or event rules displayed within the relevant game or sports betting section. General rules applicable across all wjt2 gaming products include:

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the player.
• wjt2 reserves the right to void bets placed due to system errors, incorrect odds, or technical faults. Affected players will be notified and staked amounts refunded.
• In sports betting, results are determined by official competition outcomes as recognised by the relevant governing body. In the event of disputes regarding results, the decision of wjt2's trading team is final.
• For eBingo, slots, and live casino games, outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) or live dealer results. Game histories are recorded and available within your account.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts apply across all products and are displayed at the point of wagering.

wjt2 does not guarantee any outcome or return. Online gaming involves risk, and you may lose the amount you wager. Do not bet more than you can afford to lose.

07 Bonuses & VIP Rewards

wjt2 offers a VIP loyalty programme and may from time to time provide bonus credits, cashback, or other promotional rewards to eligible players. The following general conditions apply to all rewards:

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts at wjt2's discretion and subject to availability at the time of eligibility.
• Specific wagering requirements, eligible games, and expiry conditions apply to each bonus offer. These are communicated at the time the bonus is issued or displayed in the relevant promotion details.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings derived from bonus play that satisfy all applicable requirements may be converted to withdrawable balance.
• Abuse of bonus terms — including but not limited to using multiple accounts or placing opposing bets to guarantee outcomes — will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account closure.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on wjt2. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and permanent banning:

• Opening or operating more than one account on wjt2 (duplicate or multiple accounts).
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using third-party funds, stolen payment details, or fraudulent payment methods for deposits.
• Attempting to exploit system errors, software bugs, or glitches for financial gain.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform in a way not intended for normal player use.
• Colluding with other players or platform staff to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to evade detection, or any other financial crime using the wjt2 platform.
• Reverse engineering, copying, or reproducing any part of the wjt2 platform without explicit written permission.

wjt2 reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and to take appropriate action, including reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

09 Responsible Gaming

wjt2 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We recognise that some players may develop problematic gambling habits, and we provide tools to help manage this risk. Available options within your account include deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion.

If you believe your gambling is causing financial, personal, or social harm, we strongly encourage you to use these tools or contact our support team to activate a self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and applied across all wjt2 gaming products.

11 Limitation of Liability

• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from your use of wjt2.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law. If you have a dispute regarding a specific transaction or game outcome, contact the wjt2 support team through your account within 30 days of the event in question.

12 Changes to These Terms

wjt2 reserves the right to update, revise, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes are effective from the date they are published on this page. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent revision was made.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players of material changes via their registered contact details or through an in-platform notification. However, it remains your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

Continued use of the wjt2 platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with updated Terms, you should cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.
